A shiraz showing deep red-black colour showing classic Barossa shiraz fruit, with hints of chocolate, and coffee/mocha notes.  The palate is soft and round with bright blue fruits and a savoury chocolate finish.

A perfect accompaniment to a spicy beef stir-fry, barbequed chorizo sausage or a great parmesan.
