"Dark, deep, black-red colour with sligh garnet hues on rim. The bouquet is full and harmonious with aromas of ripe black plums, dark berries, liquorice and cedary, pencil shavings-like oak, all melded seamlessly, lifted by some volatility. Medium-full bodied, the palate is elegantly presented with intense and tightly concentrated flavours of spicy red plum and black berry fruits, and liquorice, infused with layers of cedary oak. There is some volatile lift. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, flowing effortlessly with fine-grained tannins providing a graceful line." Raymond Chan
